DISCLAIMER
1. PAYMENT TERMS
essex-computer-doctor.co.uk offers a free evaluation of your computer problem. If determined that essex-computer-doctor.co.uk can fix your problem using essex-computer-doctor.co.uk, payment must be made before the service is performed. If essex-computer-doctor.co.uk is unable to fix your problem using essex-computer-doctor.co.uk, other options will be presented to you and you will not be charged for your essex-computer-doctor.co.uk session.
2. GUARANTEE
Fees will be refunded if essex-computer-doctor.co.uk is unable to solve your problem (only applicable to Instant Repair services). Once an order has been placed, it's the sole discretion of essex-computer-doctor.co.uk to decide whether or not we can resolve the problem. The customer must allow essex-computer-doctor.co.uk sufficient time and access to the computer to diagnose and fix PC problems. In these instances, if the problem is resolved by anyone else during this time, this does not constitute essex-computer-doctor.co.uk not being able to resolve the problem and your fees will not be refunded. In some instances, it may be required for you to obtain hardware at the request of the technician. In these instances, your ticket will remain open for 7 days in order for you to obtain the hardware to complete the service. Failure to obtain and/or call essex-computer-doctor.co.uk back to complete the service does not constitute essex-computer-doctor.co.uk not being able to solve your problem and fees will not be refunded. In other instances, your original Windows installation disk will be required to resolve your issue. In these instances, your ticket will remain open for 7 days in order for you to obtain a replacement disk. Failure to obtain or the absence of this disk does not constitute essex-computer-doctor.co.uk not being able to solve your problem and fees will not be refunded. All services include a 7 day guarantee from date of original service.
3. LIABILITY
Customer shall back up all data stored in the products to be repaired.
essex-computer-doctor.co.uk does not accept any liability for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered during repair. Customer accepts full responsibility for Customer software and data and essex-computer-doctor.co.uk are not required to advise or remind customers of appropriate backup and other procedures.
essex-computer-doctor.co.uk have permission from the customer to carry out the work on the equipment in need of repair.
4. SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will backup our work with support services. Our work carries a 30 day guarantee, whereby if the same problem mentioned on the invoice occurs within 30 days of the original invoice, our technicians will repair the problem for free or refund the customer the full amount. Additional support may be provided free of charge at our discretion.
