No-Fix-No-Fee Policy

RemoteComputerRepair offer a "no-fix-no-fee" policy on all Essex Computer Doctors.

If a problem cannot be fixed you will be refunded the full amount.

Not applicable to "Full Services".

Pricing - Payments

• Our Essex Computer Doctor services are charged at a flat rate.
  
  
• "Instant Repair" jobs are usually completed within the hour.
  
  
• "Full Services" usually take between 1 to 4 hours.
  
  
• Payment for "Remote Desktop Support" is required upfront with a Credit/Debit card.
  
  
• Credit/Debit card payments are made via our secure Google Checkout gateway.
  
  
• An PDF copy of the invoice will be emailed to you once the work has been completed. If you require a free PDF Reader, try Foxit PDF.
  
  
  
  
  

Pricing - VAT

• essex-computer-doctor.co.uk are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. This saves home offices and other small businesses 15%.

30 Day Warranty

• All completed Essex Computer Doctors are covered by a 30-day warranty, commencing from the date on the original invoice.
  
  
• If the original problem on the work order occurs within 30 days, the technician will fix it free of charge or refund you the full amount.
  
  
• Excludes computer faults caused by new software, virus and end user errors.
