Download our secure remote desktop software (Click here to download) and the technician will tell you what password to enter. Within a few moments, the technician will be connected and able to see and control your computer (you can end the session at any time by clicking on the red cross).
Diagnosis - The technician will inspect your computer and decide whether a remote repair session will solve the problem. If we can help, you will be redirected to our online payment gateway (please have your credit or debit card details to hand).
Sit back and relax! Your computer will be repaired whilst you go about your daily business (or you are welcome to watch!). Once the repair is complete and you are satisfied with the work done, the technician will close the remote connection and the software will cleanly uninstall itself. The technician can't reconnect until you manually run the software again.

A message saying "Publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" will appear. Click on "Yes" and the following window will open.
You will now be prompted for a password. Once the technician has provided the password over the phone, click the "Allow" button. Now just sit back and watch the technician repair your computer!
