Do you offer free diagnostics?
Yes. For common problems like broken screens, keyboards, or hinges. But where your needs require an engineer to spend time finding the answer to your issues we provide a set cost diagnostic service (currently £39). This covers the first hours labour of any subsequent repair work.
Is all work completed in store?
Yes, unless you are informed otherwise. Sometimes we return parts to manufacturers, suppliers, or use third party suppliers for services we are unable to provide.
Do you give warranties on our repair work?
Yes, of course, we offer a 90 day warranty on all repair work we carry out. Any new build equipment carries a 12 month on-site or return to shop warranty on parts and labour.
Will my website have its own domain name?
Yes, and once the work has been paid for you will own your site – which many website providers register to themselves.

Do you employ any part time staff or Bus Drivers?
No, our team are all full time IT professionals.
Do you have a price list?

Is parking available at your premises?
Yes, free parking is available outside the shop for up to 2 hours or the town centre car park is located directly behind the shop. If you prefer we can collect and return at no extra cost.
How long will my machine be with you?
The majority of repairs are completed the next working day. However some repairs require parts which are not stocked, these take a bit longer. If wanted, we can sometimes provide an express service at a small additional charge.
The time required to design a high quality website (the only type we offer) varies depending on your requirements but we will ensure you know what we are doing, when, and why.
Will you maintain the website once built?
Yes, we offer value for money maintenance and update packages for our customers. We will not build your website and then abandon you; we are always here to offer our support and guidance either face to face or over the telephone.
